Pisico is a multi-sector group in Gia Lai that traces its history to 1985. Its shares have traded on UPCoM under the ticker PIS since 2016. Its businesses span forest-product processing for export, industrial cluster infrastructure, real estate, trade and services, logistics including Thị Nại Port in Quy Nhơn, workforce development, and agricultural investment, with acacia, rubber and coffee plantations in Vietnam and Laos.
PIDC is Vietnamese-owned, and its ownership is simple and documented, so tenants deploying advanced GPUs can verify who stands behind the facility.
